Overall this kit is in good used condition. Drums are structurally sound, complete, and in good working condition.
Bearing edges are clean and take modern heads nicely.
Gold sparkle has faded & aged around the kit. Finish shows surface scratches & brown spots. Wrap is holding nicely at the seams and free of splits or pulling.
Hardware is all in good working order. Nickel finish is clean & shows standard signs of use & age. More than half the tension rods & claws on the toms and bass are original. A few of the bass drum rods have minor bending but adjust properly.
Heating elements were installed at some point. They are still in place on the 13 & 22. Can easily be removed prior to shipping.
Bass drum had a Gretsch diamond plate mount at one point. Each tom is missing a muffler. The hoop mounted bass drum spurs work, but one of them cannot be adjusted in length as the screw is stripped. They can be adjusted based on where they are mounted on the hoop and work well.
Complete and ready to go.
