Rogers 5" x 14" DynaSonic Snare Drum - Serial 2425
Early production dynasonic from 1962/63 featuring a 7-line chrome over brass shell, 10 bread and butter lugs, tall-boy hoops, and snare bridge.
Hardware is all in very good working order.
Strainer appears to be from a later 60's Dynasonic. It is possible the bridge is as well.
8 of the lugs are newer reproductions.
Chrome over brass shell with original bearing edges takes heads nicely.
The finish shows minor surface scratches, scuffs, and very mild dings.
Shell is in round and free of denting.
Batter side rim has some denting and is not a perfect circle. It fits of the collar of a new Remo head and tensions evenly.
Snare is clean overall and looks better in person than it does in the photos.
Complete and ready to go.
