1960's Gretsch 16x16 Floor Tom
Players drum or rewrap candidate. Has already refinished at some point.
6-Ply shell with silver sealer and paper tag. Shell interior shows stain
Batter bearing edge is clean and original.
Reso edge shows damage. Some inner ply is missing along with some ply separation. See closeup photos.
The drum takes modern heads easily on both sides and tensions evenly. The drum plays nicely as it is without any buzzing or issues.
All of the hardware is original and in good working condition.
We did not clean it. Chrome has scratches, dings, & some pitting.
Leg mounts work great with strong threading.
Generic floor tom legs included.
