Overall this drum is in very good used condition. Structurally sound and in complete working order.

Built in January of 1936

The original wrap is clean and holding well at the seam. Free of any splits or cosmetic issues and showing minor signs of use & age.

Bearing edges are clean and unaltered. Modern Remo heads fit on and it tunes nicely. Original badge & grommet are firmly in place.

The throw off was replaced at some point with a very clean nickel P-83. Leaving extra holes behind the throw.

Nickel hardware is all in good working order. Nickel over brass hoops are clean and in round. There are a few very subtle waves/bends in the top of the batter hoop along with a ding that can be seen in the closeup photos. Two of the tension rods are chrome and the wires are modern.

This drum rips. Complete and ready to go.
