1950's WFL 15" Black Diamond Pearl 12x15 Mahogany Snare Drum Brass Hoops Club Date
Late 50's Early 60's WFL 15" snare Drum In Black Diamond Pearl - 12x15
Featuring nickel over brass hoops.
Very good working condition. 3-Ply mahogany shell with mahogany interior is very clean and takes modern heads nicely.
Heads are both 60's Ludwig and will need to be replaced sooner than later.
Finish shows some aging. Darkening along with cosmetic crazing in the wrap.
Wrap is holding well at the seams .
Hardware works well. P-83 is chrome and is not original. Arm on the strainer had a bend in it but it adjusts nicely and snaps into place beautifully.
Nickel hardware shows some standard signs of use and age. Scratches, scuffs, and some surface pitting.
Plays nicely, would make a great club date floor tom/snom
Ludwig wires show some bending
