1970's Gretsch Red Rosewood 15" Snare Drum

Internal tag is present. Model 4192W

Good used condition. Shell is structurally sound and free of modifications. Shell interior and bearing edges are in beautiful shape.

Finish shows some standard signs of aging. Checking in the lacquer along with some scratches & scuffs. There is an area under the stainer with scratches/scuffs. The screws in the throw are longer than normal.

Hardware is in good working order. The snare gates on the cast hoops look like they were opened up a bit by a pervious owner. Butt end of the throw off is a new replacement piece. Chrome is clean around the drum.

Currently fitted with puresound snare wires.

Complete and ready to go.
