Structurally excellent. Bearing edges are clean and true. Heads fit on easily. No extra holes.
Chrome hardware is clean and works well. Some scratches on one portion of one rim.
There is some light surface wear in parts of the finish. You need to have direct lighting and the right angle to see it. Very minor surface scuffs, scratches, and tiny dimples. Nothing through the finish
