Overall this kit is in very good to excellent used condition. The shells and bearing edges are crisp, clean, and structurally sound. Heads fit on easily and tune like a dream.

Cosmetically the kit looks incredible and the lacquer finish is clean. There is some minor cosmetic wear on the kit. A bit of pedal wear on the kick side bass drum hoop, and some very fine surfaces scuffs around the kit. Drums were very well kept.

All hardware is in very good working condition. Chrome is clean with only minimal signs of standard use, minor surfaces scratches and scuffs.

The 8" tom spent all these years in a case and the finish has a bit more purple. There is also a wrinkle in the badge of the 8"

This kit is a beautiful example of the professional quality and craftsmanship Yamaha Recording Customs are known for. Beautiful condition all around with some minor standard signs of use.
